King Abdullah II Center of Excellence's Executive Director, Yasera Ghosheh and Royal Jordanian President/CEO, Amer Hadidi signed the agreement based on the common desire of both parties to support the culture of excellence and promote private sector organizations to deliver the best products and services. In addition, the agreement encourages the private sector to participate in the King Abdullah II Award for Excellence and seek to win this award.

After signing the agreement, Hadidi expressed his delight with Royal Jordanian being the first private sector company to give the award-winning private companies preferential treatment, stressing that this step stems from the Airline’s keenness to support the private sector and encourage it to develop its performance and the application of the standards of excellence.

Ghosheh embraced the signing of this agreement, noting that this move will enhance the center's efforts to get more advantages to the private sector companies, expressing pleasure over strengthening relations of cooperation with a prestigious company like Royal Jordanian.

Beside the RJ, KACE is granting the winning companies a differential treatment from the Jordan Institution of Standards and Metrology, Jordan Customs Department, Jordan Enterprise (JEDCO), Government Tenders Directorate and General Supplies Department.
